As the Vice President of Leadership Development at Bryant Group, Emili Bennett has earned a reputation for transforming leadership strategies across higher education, healthcare, and corporate sectors. Over her career, she has worked with a diverse range of clients, from executives at elite universities to leaders at Fortune 150 companies like PepsiCo, Eli Lilly, Salesforce and Oracle. Emili’s work also extends to government entities, including the FBI and the US State Department, where she has helped leaders achieve greater effectiveness for societal impact.
Before joining Bryant Group, Emili served as an executive coach and organizational development leader during Indiana University's $4B Bicentennial Campaign. She led career and professional development for more than 760,000 alumni at the Indiana University Alumni Association, where she partnered with the executive team to shape talent strategies and foster engagement. In addition to her institutional roles, Emili founded her own executive coaching firm, guiding hundreds of leaders through the principles of positive psychology and authentic leadership.
A respected keynote speaker, Emili regularly presents to CEOs, university presidents, and leaders from major corporations. Her expertise spans leadership development, employee engagement, change management, and organizational growth.
Emili holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Development from Purdue. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which offers the highest standards in the industry, as well as serving as an Advanced Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach, a certified facilitator of the comprehensive 360-degree Leadership Circle Profile, and a certified facilitator of the Six Types of Working Genius.
